Indigo Iberia DFE & SW Application Engineer

  • DFE/SW Support
  • Ensure that the standard case handling procedures are followed
  • Support the field in all cases and ensure continuous learning based on fixed cases
  • Ensure adequate skills level for Field Service Engineers and Care center Engineers.
  • Maintain close relationship with the Tier 3 in case of SW product issues requiring this level of support
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement of INDIGO Software Applications & Workflow Solutions
  • Actively support field & solution centre knowledge and skills improvement programs for area of expertise
  • Contribute to maintaining a common knowledge database for all technical solutions
  • Ensure complete and timely implementation of improvements ( e.g. Software update & patches )
  • Actively participate in beta SW implementation and beta program reporting
  • Maintain good relationship with external partners and vendors of SW Applications & SW Solutions (e.g. ESKO )
  • Delivery of VAS to the install base as needed
  • Installation support
  • Ensure timely installation of Indigo SW solutions/workflow
  • Ensure quality site preparation prior to installation
  • Ensure quality of solution designed by solution architect
  • Solution installed on time and COI customer acceptance
  • Ensure Quality feedback to GBU for all SW installed
  • Participate in SW BETA programs and support installation of beta HW.
