To strengthen our HR team, we are currently looking for an HR Support Specialist to support our Nordics region, based in Sweden in the Stockholm area.
In this role you will join the Swedish Human Resources (HR) team and will oversee HR Global Services (operations) activities for the Nordic region. In particular you'll provide HR customer service support to employees and managers, support managers on HR and recruiting processes and propose solutions to HR needs. You'll work closely with our International service center to coordinate the day to day administrative activities and also resolve employee HR support cases of moderate complexity that cannot be answered immediately through the service center; identify areas for process improvements; assist with analytical and administrative support tasks for priority projects of varying complexity and assist with basic reporting needs and analyses survey, employee, and financial data.
What you bring
You are bright and able to work in a fast moving and international environment, you have a growth mindset and change is in your nature. You are flexible and adapt easily and ideally have some experience in a complex (matrix) organization and international environment.
- You have a Human Resources related degree.
- 0-2 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources through work or internship(s).
- Basic knowledge of processes, systems, and overall HR environment.
- You are a strong communicator in both Swedish and English and not afraid to speak up and be visible within the organization.
- Your MS Office skills are good and ideally you have experience with HR related software.
- You have good organizational and time management skills
- Strong team player
- You are customer oriented
- Good coordination skills
