This is a unique opportunity to join the HP 3D Printing Solution Services group and work cross functionally to define and deliver industry leading services.

Drive the definition of future services for 3D Printing Work with Service, GTM and sales teams. Define appropriate roadmap and portfolio prior to introduction. Work hand in hand with service delivery strategy and readiness teams to ensure execution at cost. Provide closed-loop post- analysis of strategies/ roadmaps/platforms/SKUs. Determine and lead an appropriate product/service/solution introduction process to assure an effective WW launch. Provide ongoing forecasting.

Key partners are: Hardware Product Managers, Current Business Managers, Market Research, Customer Assurance, Service Readiness, Services Portfolio Managers, Go-to Market, Sales.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • +8 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • +2 years of experience on Services for industrial /commercial equipment.
  • Knowledgeable of Technical Services, Education/Training Services, Transition and Transformation.
  • Experience in 3D Printing a major plus.

Education and skills:

  • BS in Engineering, Science, Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Masters in Business Administration
  • Superior business analytics, customer centric acumen
  • Strong presenter, soft skills, ability to work across teams, functions and cultures

General responsibilities:
  • Accountable for definition, implementation and launch of Services Contracts for 3D Printing Worldwide
  • Ensure processes are monitored, audited, reported, and reviewed on a regular basis
  • Contributes with expertise and consultancy to transformational projects and strategic programs
  • Analyze and collect business requirements, finalize and coordinate business specifications for system/application developments within agreed SLA's
  • Tightly collaborate with operations teams, project managers, and other HP functions like Sales, Category, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, IT
  • Develops new ideas and methods for developing the assigned processes.
  • Works on complex problems/ projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
  • Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for process improvements
  • Drive or participate cross-functional, cross-region initiatives and ensures that are implemented effectively and in an efficient manner
  • Drives and applies internal policies to ensure HP policies and audit requirements are met
  • Measure and analyze the defined process metrics
  • Provide process expertise in business decisions
