HP 3D Printing – Regional Marketing / Channel Marketing Manager – Americas
Key Knowledge Skills and abilities
- Location: Based in Atlanta, GA or Vancouver WA
- Profile: Creative and influential Marketer with minimum of 3-10 years Marketing (not sales) Experience in Channel, Trade or Region/Country level; creative agency mgt.a plus
- Marketing touch point expert with adaptive knowledge on activating across insight and the Customer journey
- Proven marketing demand generation experience: lead generation, ROI, marketing effectiveness, event management.
- Savvy digital marketer: social, digital content, web, social targeting, thought leadership and award winning content creation, optimization/measures
- Marketing engagement with Salesforce.com/MSFT Dynamics, Aprimo, Eloqua software applications in additional to core MSFT Office applications
- Thrives in startup environment – successful in very fast paced, matrixed organization; multi-tasking marketing expert
- Travel – medium to high – could be more than 50% of the time at some time of the year
- 4 year University Graduate
Grow Customer Acquisition & Top-Line Revenue/Units for 3D Printing:
o Accountable for leading localized marketing plans and programs (based on global approach) to achieve region 3D Print revenue, OP, share, marketing qualified Leads, thought leadership and ROI.
Trade & Channel Marketing:
o Trade Shows and Events plans and execution – Lead for AMS region for HP 3D Print (tight coordination with sales and WW marketing). HP Owned trade shows to partnering with reseller collaborative events to open houses, demo rooms, etc.) Drive thought leadership with communications and sales teams
o Trade & Channel Marketing: Understand channel dynamics; support reseller sales models with marketing approaches and strategies to enable sales goal attainment; Cultivate relationships with key customers, verticals and associations.
o Lead Generation: Drive execution for demand generation to lead generation and nurturing marketing qualified leads from targeted acquisition sources (including web, channel, strategic partnerships and other digital or 3rd party vehicles).
Regional Centric Marketing – Localization & Deployment:
o Execute localized marketing: hands-on marketing activities to and through partners. Lead and drive translation and trans-adapt across AMS sub regions. Influence and drive visionary to pragmatic thought leadership across communication vehicles.
o Marketing Comms Execution: Deploy the global integrated 3D Print marketing communications strategy and thought leadership activation. Responsible for Reg. Mtkg. alignment decisions and sign-off with Regional 3D Print Sales Directors
o Asset Production: Partner with global marketing on development and management of GTM marketing communications and sales/lead enablement asset production. Set clear in-market dates for on time delivery of key assets. Deploy these assets locally with partners and events.
o Serve as active/vocal region marketing manager – understanding the marketing communications strategy / key assets and own deploying them regionally
Digital/Social B2B Marketing Leadership:
o Implement 3D Printing's B2B Digital /social media strategy: Oversee localization aspects of social content, retargeting efforts, thought leadership activities including creation, curation and editing of social content, development of social media campaigns, community/influencer/opinion leader management and engagement, and social advertising.
o Community Development: Foster a community with key opinion leaders and influencers across 3D printing, manufacturing technologies etc. (partner with PR/WW team to identify/accomplish)
Agency Partner Management:
o Creative Agency Leadership: Manage agency partners for creative E2E assets, events and trans-adapt;
o Partner with WW marketing for customer research: Qual./quant., insight development, customer/buyers journey, brand positioning and competitive benchmarking; Marketing effectiveness planning.
Annual Planning, Budget & Marketing Metrics Reporting:
o Drive 3 Month rolling country level marketing plan for key countries across HP's 3D print solution. ROI/Effectiveness reporting.
o Marketing budget and PO Management across AMS: Deliver quarterly to actual vs. budgeted amounts; produce compelling business cases for innovative marketing idea.
Product Marketing & Customer Experience:
o Deploy product marketing strategy for new products, value propositions, messaging and marketing framework for bringing new 3D print products and solutions to market.
o Deploy creative and conversion tests to continuously improve the customer experience, click through rates, drive optimized marketing asset performance, any drive new lead development needs and enhanced KPIs.
Brand (HP / MultiJet Fusion):
o Drive NPS, top of mind Awareness, Preference/Consideration of HP & HP 3D Printing, and contribute to grow brand Z ranking.
