Position Overview
E-commerce and digital are transforming how each of us engages with the world. As part of this, the way we buy products and services is changing rapidly. For these reasons it is critical that HP continues to lead this transformation of how we and our partner community use ecommerce and digital best practices. This role will lead a global team of digital leaders tasked with changing how we and our partners operate. The organization drives innovation related to our digital go-to-market, focused on defining and expanding best practices for online shopping, digital marketing, marketplace management, digital channel policy and other areas. This organization is focused on using these innovations and techniques to drive tangible business outcomes for HP and our Partners.
As Global Head of Omnichannel Go to Market (GTM) , you will have the exciting opportunity to:
- Manage the HP's Digital GTM across an industry leading Channel Partner network. Working to enhance digital experience and grow HP sales and share through this global channel
- Define and scale global best practices in digital and ecommerce across HP and our partner community
- Innovate in the art of Marketplace management (Amazon, JD.com, Alibaba) to win where customers are searching, browsing and buying
- Drive global Omnichannel Policy decisions that guide our partners to win in the marketplace with the best customer experience
Skillsets and Competencies to be successful in this role:
- e-commerce and Digital GTM experience, including but not limited to conversion optimization, digital marketing, marketplace sales/management, digital content, etc.
- Experience managing global partners and specifically negotiating and implementing high profile agreements
- Robust understanding of technology channels and digital GTM structures
- Comfortable setting global strategies and advocating for them with internal and external stakeholders
- Global experience and mindset is key, leading and negotiating across different cultures, time zones, and markets
- Desire to break new ground and create innovative approaches and processes to improve new routes to market across the globe
