RESPONSIBILITIES

Employees and Organization

  • Leadership and Administration of team members
  • Sharing and linking business strategies, priorities, and indicators
  • Ensuring that employees have the necessary training to fulfill their responsibilities
  • Solving employee problems
  • Developing and implementing the hiring plan
  • Integrate new team members
  • Applying HP values, adhering to work environment standards and business conduct


Implement the HP Enhanced Performance Process at Work
  • Establish objectives and indicators of employee performance
  • Performance appraisal - performing performance assessments
  • Monitoring and issuing assessments - training and continuous appreciation
  • Ensuring that employees are working on their development plans
  • Facilitate discussions with employees about their career plan
  • Recognizing employee achievements
  • Participation in wage management. Ensuring that account is taken of fairness, budget limitations, benefits and rewards packages, short and long-term requirements
  • Communicating hierarchy and salary decisions to employees
  • Strict adherence to privacy rules


Development and management of teams
  • Developing the objectives, roles and responsibilities, goals and parameters of the team
  • Communication with and instinct of team members
  • Keeping commitment to a shared vision and values
  • Promoting collaboration and eliminating obstacles in terms of teamwork
  • Rewarding the team's significant achievements
  • Regular and effective management of team meetings


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • University degree is a must
  • Experience in working with people (with multiple knowledge of conflict resolution, motivation and career planning)
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance
  • Customer oriented with good English (written and spoken)
  • MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Word)
  • Calm, well organized, independent, flexible and proactive
  • Ability to work under pressure and exercise independent judgments
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Understanding dependencies and consequences
  • Availability of travel
  • Prioritization skills
  • Quality of work
  • Organizational abilities
