We're looking for a creative intern in the HP Personal Systems Group, Emerging Compute Solutions, to create new, high quality, compelling service offers that take advantage of market opportunities. You will be applying market research to define best offers, while helping to create worldwide standards, as you become familiar with the successful HP New Service Offering process.

We promise to give you well-rounded experiences at HP that will expose you to Quality Improvement best practices. You will help launch new services and, participate in conducting an analysis of current time frames, processes, and procedures while learning our systematic approach to making recommendations across Service Offerings that will provide insight into:

  • Reducing Costs
  • Improving efficiency
  • Improving reliability
  • Improving performance

Add to your accomplishments by creating templates for documentation and virtual training that will be used across all new service offers at HP

As a participant in the HP Summer Intern program you will also have the opportunity to support community give back events, participate in employee engagement opportunities for networking, as well as an opportunity to present your accomplishments in the intern project showcase.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree completed.

1st or 2nd year in Master of Business Administration program completed.

Experience in quality, process improvement, software development methodology, and cost/price analysis a strong plus.

Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, Agile, and/or Scrum certification preferred.
