Gaming Experience Product Manager
The Customer Experience & Portfolio Strategy (CEPS) team is a critical part of the reinvention of the gem of the HP Inc. portfolio, the Personal Systems business. As part of this reinvention, we established this team to be obsessed with our customer and focused on improving their end to end experience. We value collaboration, ingenuity, tenacity, and a sense of humor. So join our team, work hard, and watch as your efforts have a direct impact on millions of customers around the world.
As a Gaming Experience Product Manager, you will join the CEPS team to define, curate, and deliver exceptional gaming experiences in the OMEN portfolio. You will have a systematic approach to problem solving, project management, and product management, but with a strong creative bent and deep curiosity.
As part of your focus on customer experience, you will also engage real customers early in the product process to get direct feedback on products. You will manage internal programs designed to get hands-on, end-to-end experiences captured to help identify, root cause, and fix any challenges before customers find them. You will be a part of a dedicated team driven to deliver the best PCs with the best experiences in the market.
