Responsibilities:

  • Lead project team to design and implementation of a system solution - ERP Localization workstream
  • Influence ERP Strategy, direction and implementation with the objective of enabling business growth through optimum tools and technology
  • Learn, understand and adapt to various countries Local GAAP and Tax GAAP regulations
  • Responsible to design compliant solutions to meet local requirements
  • Work under deadline driven conditions, within a flexible work environment whilst functioning in a undefined and evolving workspace under high pressure
  • Autonomous worker who thinks creatively, makes strategic inferences, innovate and drive solutions
  • High competency in control design and process improvement
  • Partners with Global functions such as C&C, Tax, Treasury, Finance operations, CFR, IT, Controllers to design medium to complex requirements, influence and arrive at a compliant solution from a country perspective, whilst ensuring the best possible business solutions for company-wide ERP implementation.
  • Act as team leader who drives, direct and review other team members' work
  • Support Executive and Stakeholders communication


Profile Requirements
  • University degree with focus in Accounting, Audit and Tax
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA or equivalent
  • Typically 10+ years of experience in Finance Function preferred
  • Controllership and Internal Audit experience preferred
  • 3+ years of supervisory and/or leading a project team preferred


Knowledge and skills
  • Superior understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of financial and Corporate compliance and reporting requirements
  • Strong understanding of HP Systems, processes, policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills that caters to a variety of audience
  • Excellent listening, consulting, influence and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent Project Management skills for running large and complex projects
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to generate ideas and bring about implementation
