Responsibilities: Performing general and specific administrative support tasks involved in an engineering environment. Duties may include, but not be limited to, Coordinates work or materials within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company. Assisting with researching information, coordinating work processes following work directions and other established administrative procedures and business processes.
Skills and knowledge: Applies extensive knowledge the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways. Use of Systems may include SAP, POST, Mastertools, Sharepoints and shared drives. Assists internal and external customers in various administrative tasks directly related to the work unit's primary function.
Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions.
Education and Experience Required
High school education or equivalent; some college level education preferred. Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years administrative experience mostly from this function as research & development and fast changing environment.
