End-User Sales Enablement Program Manager (f/m)

Part of the General Western Europe (GWE) central team, the End-User Sales Enablement Program Manager is responsible for enabling country sales teams with processes & tools to accelerate growth across all end-user RAD segments. He/she is also responsible for coordinating activities of country ISRs covering Low-Enterprise and Mid-Market Territory segment, enabling local Inside Sales community with tools, programs, campaigns based on targeted analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Defines and documents GWE End-User Sales key processes across all End-User segments: Public, Large Private Farming, Large Private Hunting, and Private Territory.
  • Leads End-User sales Process of Management in collaboration with Country sales teams, GWE Sales managers and Sales Operations: Customer Knowledge Management / RAD Matrix for Personal Systems and Printing, CEP and Mid-Market / Coverage Strategy and Account Assignment / Sales Compensation / Pipeline and Business Management
  • Collaborates with country sales teams and analysts to gather requirements for business management tools for sales reps and sales managers. Collaborates with Sales Operations and Business Analysts to develop & deploy these tools.
  • Leads CEP and Mid-market Territory Sales Process of management, by enabling local Inside Sales teams with campaigns based on targeted analytics, business management tools to drive efficiency and structured on-going training (products, process).
  • Coordinates GWE countries End-User sales co-marketing campaigns with Microsoft, including planning and management of Proof of activities in accordance with HP and Microsoft business guidelines.
  • Collaborates with Commercial Marketing team to propose Marketing plans for all RAD segments: uncovered, covered Territory, Hunting and Farming.
  • Leads efforts to utilize standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches. Identifies the need for new processes as well as significant improvements to major processes and drives their development and implementation

Education and Experience Required:

  • University or Bachelor's degree; Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Typically 10+ years of related experience in IT/business operations.
  • Typically 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Quality improvement training required and certification preferred.
  • Highly experienced in product specialty (computers, printers).
  • Experience in related industry.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge and subject matter expertise for HP sales processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.
  • Advanced understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
  • Superior communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
  • Ability to lead complex process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts, and has thorough understanding of change management processes and procedures.
  • Excellent program management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to execute a program within the scope of overall strategies.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 10+ years of related experience in IT/business operations.
  • Typically 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Quality improvement training required and certification preferred.
