EMEA Labels & Packaging Segment Manager

As part of HP GSB, the HP Indigo Business Unit is providing the Global benchmark for end to end solutions in labels, flexible packaging, photo print and folding carton market. We have the leading solutions that print the labels of your personalized Coca Cola bottles, specialized packaging for coffee roasters and micro-breweries, wallpaper in your home, supersized billboards in the streets of New York, Tokyo and London and the guide directions in IKEAs around the world! All of our solutions are aimed to help addressing our customers' needs to improve business outcomes.
Responsible and accountable of the Labels and Packaging Segment in EMEA. Acting as functional lead. This role will drive the development of competitive analysis and customer insights to create, deploy and monitor a clear and aggressive business plan. This role will work closely with Marketing and Country/Regional Business Managers to ensure that demand generation activities are in place with the correct offerings to build sales funnel required for business success. Additionally he/she will manage, develop and implement all relevant product/solution with the GBU or with the relevant partners. Will be the link with the GBU.
Expert in the segment. Manage P&L Develop clear and concise strategy and action plans Develop business & headcount plan Ensure right deployment of resources (Coverage) Ensure resources are appropriately trained Organizational design: Ensure that the mix of resources (Marketing, solution arch, inside sales, sales, aftermarket) are balanced. Develop optimal Route to Market. Develop end-to- end solution (GBU & partners) Drive funnel by managing ground planning, deploying lead generation campaigns. Position HP as the market leader
Leader of Labels and Packaging segment within the region
Define business plan, product mix, ASP, org. set up per country/region
Develop efficient coverage model per country/region/ segment and sub segment
Continuously optimize ground plan
Define and execute tactical plan to drive market share
Identify new business opportunities including end-to-end technical solutions.
Develop & implement plans
Ensure new business rate vs. IB.
NPI's in place as per plan
Manage Interlock with GBU.
Drive product and skills training
Own region metrics (own inventory, channel inventory, Market share, P&L)
Ensure funnel is healthy to deliver P&L
Region consolidation of forecast.
Manage big deals
Education and Experience Required:
Directly related management experience and work results including success in achieving progressively higher quota or other sales related goals.
Demonstrated level of project management skills.
University or Bachelor's degree. Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
