Director, Global Partner Search Enablement
E-commerce is rapidly growing and redefining the way we shop, buy and sell. In the online space, it is critical that HP and our reseller partners are driving innovation and best practices for HP products by optimizing digital marketing and the online shopping experience in the age of the endless "digital shelf."
This role is part of team of digital leaders that are driving e-commerce best practices and results in across HP's product portfolio. We look at the online performance of HP products as a leading indicator of the health of our business
The Digital Business Development team is responsible for growing and accelerating HP's ecommerce presence with HP's largest reseller partners. In this role, you will help develop strategies to drive qualified traffic and activate conversion on partner platforms. This role will be the strategic leader for our search engine marketing efforts with our resell partners. They will develop paid media best practices within and across our partners and will work with our analytics team to optimize performance. Successful candidate will have hands on experience managing and leading organizational excellence in paid media and search engine performance. Candidate will be a digital expert with senior leadership management experience and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a proven track-record of successfully driving on and offline sales and share.
- Lead the strategic vision for search marketing with resellers in mature and emerging markets.
- Motivate and influence reseller's organization based on digital acumen, strategy; identify opportunities that benefit HP and the reseller.
- Partner with resellers to drive strategic roadmap to increase the effectiveness of HP digital marketing efforts to improve overall share at the accounts.
- Secure access to timely, granular data from partners.
- Team with analytics organization to measure, track, and optimize search performance. Leverage analytics team to drive business insights, recommendations and competitive analysis in the areas of SEO/SEM.
- Partners effectively with others in the account to ensure coordinated, efficient account management with HP sales teams.
- Drive and implement search engine best practices across geographies. Continuously innovation and improvement of best practices.
- Align across digital teams to ensure search strategy delivers a fluid consumer experience within and across our resell partners.
- Collaborate across HP's subject matter experts (analytics, consumer experience, business development) to ensure audience referral strategy aligns with overall partner ecosystem goals.
- Work closely with all digital teams at HP to maximize synergies across organizations and ensure best practices are implemented.
- Scale campaigns across multiple geographical regions, optimized for brand and non-branded search terms.
