Collaterals Program Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Plan & Coordinate New Product Introduction roadmap for collaterals adaptations

Collect region and country asset requirements

Budget management

Provide estimates on quotes from agencies to Regional Managers

Drive asset localization, translation and transcreation

Hold relationship with Translation agencies and stakeholders

Track, analyze and communicate asset metrics

Publish the documents adapted to our different publishing systems for availability

Create communication channels and newsletters

Communicate with stakeholders as Regional and Country managers for asset planning and adaptation, budget and coordinate delivery dates.

Works with documents as: Quickspecs, Datasheets, Sales Briefs, Competitive information, Brochures, Product presentations, Training slides, videos, Flyers, etc.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering

3+ years marketing experience, including computer industry related and online marketing disciplines

Minimum 1 year relevant experience on creation or adaptation and maintenance of collaterals or related Marketing documents.

Basic Project manager skills

InDesign knowledge is a plus.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent customer service

Adaptability to workload fluctuations

Improvement mentality

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Good team player and willing to work in virtual team environment

Require to attend evening meeting/training/con calls upon request

Flexible to job rotation upon business needs
