Your role in a nutshell

You will be that amazing colleague that will go the extra mile to build a strategic relationship with sales representative, customers and HP partners by:

  • understanding their business models
  • identifying challenges in the pricing process and tools
  • finding solutions on how to improve HP and customer interlock
  • making business judgements to conciliate the competing demands of increasing market share and maintaining a good profit margin

You bring:
  • your excellent English and Turkish Language skills
  • the ability to build trust relationships across teams and cultures
  • fabulous customer and analytical skills
  • your result-orientation and proven problem-solving skills
  • incredible focus on trust and credibility to influence action
  • the willingness to continuously learn and the curiosity to work with various technical tools
  • typically, 1-2 years of experience in back-office roles or equivalent

  • develop trusted relationship, lead communication and offer pricing support for HP sales team and HP partners
  • work with cool high-tech tools that support you to prioritize key contacts with your customer portfolio and urgent actions

  • facilitate challenging solutions by involving other HP teams in working with the customer
  • to advise the Sales and Account Management teams on setting up pricing for HP products (PC& Print)

  • be creative by processing and coordinating standard and non-standard requests for a particular range of clients
