Ownership and management of HP's PSG Category project & process management activities. Application of LEAN & project management expertise to drive efficiency & profitability in growing business. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

  • Autonomously identify, prioritize and drive strategic projects end to end.
  • Establish and manage org project management office (PMO).
  • E2E project sizing on profitability, schedule adherence and resource support.
  • Tactical planning management. Align tactical workstreams to key strategic building blocks to drive rapid and focused profitability.
  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional initiatives & alignments
  • LEAN process improvement funnel & progress management
  • Pilot & test program identification and stand-up.

  • Project/Business Case ROI sizing, tracking and proposal creation.

  • Develop, drive and evaluate key business strategies to reach customers or internal audiences.
  • Develop, drive and evaluate the customer experience strategy and roadmap for a business or country.
  • Proactively provide best-fit solution to meet customer or business objective.
  • Develop and drive experiences that result in significant and measurable improvements in understanding, customers & profitability.
  • Establish, track and measure business group or country measurements of success such as LTV, NPS, profitability, TCE.
  • Manage functional budgets.

Education and Experience Required:
  • BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science.
  • Expertise and knowledge in project, process & planning management in a P&L based business. Expertise in technical environment, including data sources, workflow tools, CRM, CMS, etc..
  • LEAN Black Belt, PMP, Scrum Master
  • 7+ years of experience in interactive marketing or customer experience/user interface.

  • Proven analytical skills (measurement, ROI, forecasting).
  • Strong organization and program management skills.
  • Advanced writing and editing for the web - very minimal peer or manager edits needed.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of interactive media, tools and technologies (all channels and pricing models).
  • Strong knowledge of Internet principles and web site production.
  • Strong knowledge of direct marketing and CRM.
  • Maintain HP marketing management systems as needed.
  • Proven experience managing, leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal.
  • High levels of tact and diplomacy.
