Americas Digital Services Product Segment Manager – Personal Systems Services Centre of Excellence

An integral member within the Digital Services 4P Circle Of Excellence team, the Product Segment Manager (PM) will be supporting NA and LATAM markets as the domain expert of the Endpoint management and Digital Subscription services offerings, value proposition and competitive positioning. The PM will be working with multiple cross-function stakeholders in markets and within global business units (GBU), representing the voice of the markets/customers to the GBU Service Product Development team and play the influencer role on the roadmap direction based on market insight. The PM will be held responsible to launch of services products that meet consumers' needs - contributing to the growth of market share and success.

o Manage NA and LATAM Markets Endpoint Management and Digital Subscription services portfolio offerings, value proposition, competitive positioning and End to End (E2E) delivery processes/capabilities/operation support.

o Provide insight of Market dynamics and nuances (segmentation, customers' needs, competitive landscape, countries specificity, pricing competitiveness, etc).

o Close collaboration with GBU Product Management to define the appropriate 4Ps/7Ps Blueprint and value proposition of the offers.

o Determine and lead an appropriate product/service/solution family introduction process to assure an effective launch for the markets.

o Frequently influence cross-functionally and on executive level.

o Enable markets growth plan initiatives and 4Ps blueprint per services segment/offer.

o Develop solid business case/projection for the New Service Introduction (NSI)/enhancements requirement aligned with the Markets.

o Drive the E2E NSI/current service enhancements launch for the Markets in conjunction with GBU teams (Product Management, Service Operations and Delivery) with a focus on Early Adopter Program/Pilot execution.

o Closely monitor the services offer uptake, customer/partner feedback and perform timely changes/enhancements.

o Demonstrates ownership for achieving results and driving growth with HP Digital Service offers.

Are you a high-performer?We are looking for an individual with:

o 5+ years proven experience in Product Development/Strategy/Management

o Possess solid understanding of Managed Services concepts, Endpoint management, Cloud based Software services, and IT Service Management.

o Demonstrates solid understanding of Managed and Digital Services and the future direction of the HP Services strategy.

o Strong value proposition positioning of services driving customer expected business outcome results.

o Expert understanding of HP lifecycle services and solutions.

o Effective communicator at all levels of the organization.

o Recognized as an authority in their area of expertise. Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and drive change across functions. Very strong leadership, people and business management skills.

o Strong collaboration, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills; ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.

o Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

o Enthusiasm and ability to build rapport with teams from different parts of the world

o StrongBusiness and Technical acumen with excellent communication skills.

o Degree in Computer Science /Business preferred.
