What will your role be?
As a Distribution Account Operations Manager you will building relationship with selected HP partners as well as with their dedicated sales teams, understanding the partner operational business models, identifying challenges in the operational process and finding solutions on how to improve HP and distributor/s interlock in the operational environment. You will be part of a larger team of highly engaged and capable colleagues supporting the company operations across CEMA (Central Europe, Middle East and Africa) geography.
What will your day consist of?
- Act as the end-to-end accountable for operational performance with the assigned partner/s
- Support the assigned sales resources on the partner account with operational expertise and process knowledge
- Drive change management processes with the assigned partner
- Lead multiple complex operational improvement projects
- Drive regular reviews of HP's operational performance with relevant stakeholders
- Support and drive business analyses and reporting as required
- Provide expert direction and guidance to process improvements and establishment of policies.
- Solves complex business issues and make appropriate recommendations by applying advanced subject matter expertise.
- Provides leadership and training on specific processes
Who are we looking for?

- Foundational understanding of operations and partner relationship mgmt. concepts
- Proven ability in organizational collaboration
- Proven effective communication skills
- Solid computer literacy (MS Office suite tools incl Excel)
- Typically 2-4 years of experience / completed university degree with some experience in operations/supply chain/customer support areas considered an advantage
