This is a unique opportunity to join the HP 3D Printing Solution Services group and work cross functionally to define and deliver industry leading services.


  • Manage the WW functions of Services Segment Marketing, Category Management, New Service Introduction and Support Delivery Strategy
  • Lead the overall services roadmap, portfolio definition, positioning and specifications
  • Align services features and specifications with the customer/market needs and value proposition, and articulate business value of the service
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Assurance, Sales and Finance, as well as other product teams to understand their objectives & opportunities for alignment
  • Define service and support delivery strategy, launch & implementation plans, and execute them in alignment with the WW Service Ops and Service Delivery Regions
  • Manage the services lifecycle from inception through productization via the New Service Introduction process
  • Partner with 3DP Marketing to properly drive services in the awareness, consideration and purchase phases.
  • Define financial objectives and KPIs for each service and achieve the P&L goals
  • Support business development efforts as needed

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
  • 8-10 years of experience in New Service Introduction, Product Marketing and Category Management
  • Excellent communication and business problem solving skills
  • Strong strategic thinker renowned for customer & technology centric product vision
  • 3D printing advanced manufacturing or Industrial equipment experience is a bonus
  • Seasoned at working with cross-functional teams including Service Delivery & Operations Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Assurance, Finance, and Legal
  • Agile and Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to lead in a matrix organization, Strong team player
  • Mastery of English
