Seller Support

Houzz is looking for bright and detail-oriented Seller Support to join our Marketplace Team! As a member of our Seller Support team, you will be assisting in the daily management of our seller relationships.  You will act as a liaison between our sellers and internal team to ensure these relationships are running smoothly and goals are being met.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

  • Manage the seller support inbox and help resolve all inbound seller inquiries
  • Educate all self-service sellers on Houzz best practices as well as seller guidelines
  • Coordinate with finance and engineers to resolve seller payment issues
  • Handle all escalated customer service issues for sellers who do not have account managers
  • Audit the order messages between customers and sellers
  • Audit all product questions and product question replies to ensure sales/traffic are not directed off of Houzz
  • Approve all self-service seller agreements and send out first order emails
  • Reach out to sellers to ensure they ship on time and have up to date accurate inventory
