Online Marketing Manager

Houzz, the revolutionary platform for residential remodeling and design, is looking for a consumer digital marketing expert to help increase traffic, drive new user acquisition and revenue and grow the brand.


  • Create and execute search strategies, design and structure campaigns to maximize ROI and revenue
  • Work with cross functional teams of analysts, content marketers, and engineers to drive search optimization efforts
  • Perform keyword research to ensure optimization of search efforts
  • Apply best practices to ensure proper optimization of search efforts
  • Identify problems and opportunities and implement solutions to improve search performance
  • Monitor and report on channel performance and specific initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of consumer marketing with at least 3 years of paid and organic search experience driving revenue and traffic
  • Proven track record of improving search performance 
  • Highly analytical and creative at the same time; a balance of creative and analytical mindset 
  • Detail oriented and strong communicator
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs
  • Experience with e-commerce and international search are a big plus
  • Bachelors or masters degree in mathematics, computer science, marketing, business, economics or related field
