Junior Writer/Content Coordinator

Houzz is looking for an entry/junior-level writer and content coordinator to develop and create B2B content for a variety of channels. We’re looking for detail-oriented wordsmiths who love to craft engaging copy and have a knack for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop ideas and write engaging copy for a variety of communications, including (but not limited to) marketing emails, landing pages, sales decks, video scripts, print, web, and more
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all channels
  • Copyedit and clean up content as needed
  • Proactively identify ways to optimize and distribute our current content
  • Determine and develop content needs based on team goals

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years writing experience on a B2B marketing team or agency
  • Bachelor’s degree and strong academic record (English, Communications, or Journalism degree a plus)
  • Ability to multi-task, balance multiple projects at the same time, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Ability to work independently to write and edit copy for a wide range of content
  • Team player with very strong attention to detail
