IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide high levels of customer service being the face of IT for all users in the office
  • Set up and removal of all technical equipment
  • Respond to and administer helpdesk ticket system
  • Maintain accurate inventory and reporting of all hardware and software assets
  • Help build, support, and set direction for IT Operations
  • Maintain and ensure full functionality of phone system at all times



  • 3 + years of experience in a helpdesk role supporting local users
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting Apple Hardware and Software to include Mac OS 10.8-10.11.
  • Self-Motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of networking concepts
  • Experience with printer support and maintenance
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting and maintaining phone systems.
  • Experience with mobile device management
  • Experience with Gmail administration (Email, Calendar, Google Drive..ect)
  • Demonstrate an ability to complete multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner
  • Organization and problem solving skills which allow for optimizing efficiency
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds


Additional Preferences

  • A+ / Network + Certification
  • 2+ Years of supporting Apple hardware and software
  • Experience with Allworx phone systems
  • Experience with MDM for Apple devices
