Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide high levels of customer service being the face of IT for all users in the office
- Set up and removal of all technical equipment
- Respond to and administer helpdesk ticket system
- Maintain accurate inventory and reporting of all hardware and software assets
- Help build, support, and set direction for IT Operations
- Maintain and ensure full functionality of phone system at all times
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in a helpdesk role supporting local users
- Strong experience in troubleshooting Apple Hardware and Software to include Mac OS 10.8-10.11.
- Self-Motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of networking concepts
- Experience with printer support and maintenance
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and maintaining phone systems.
- Experience with mobile device management
- Experience with Gmail administration (Email, Calendar, Google Drive..ect)
- Demonstrate an ability to complete multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner
- Organization and problem solving skills which allow for optimizing efficiency
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
