Billing Operations Coordinator

The Houzz Irvine Office is looking for a Billing Operations Coordinator to join the Sales Operations team! We are looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, efficient and analytical. In this position, you will work closely with the Sales Operations team to complete data processes and analyze patterns along with creating and implementing new processes as the company grows and develops.
 



 



Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Complete data processes, notifications and manage aging report of overdue payments
  • Organize and complete all Billing Operations calendar events
  • Manage inbox requests and provide support for Pro+ & Marketplace
  • Analyze data to seek trends and gather insight on customer payments
  • Strategize and assist with projects and new process implementations to optimize team efficiency
  • Focus on International Billing Operations development while providing support to the international team
  •  Assist operations team with general support

Position Requirements:

  • Strong oral, written and team communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when executing tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
