Market Development Representative

At HouseCanary, we’re using data and analytics to predict the future of US residential real estate. Our goal is to help people make better decisions by offering innovative and unparalleled insights. HouseCanary’s platform accurately forecasts values 36 months into the future for four million residential blocks and more than 100 million properties.

We're seeking a passionate Market Development Representative to partner with our sales team to uncover prospects and help close deals.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with your assigned sales executive to create account penetration plans into target prospects
  • Use external tools to research target prospects and become their subject matter experts
  • Ensure impeccable data integrity in Salesforce CRM and maintain its completeness and accuracy
  • Leverage Account Based Marketing strategies setup meaningful conversations with target prospects
  • No cold-calling, sifting through subpar leads or selling (unless you want to)

  • Passion for real estate, or prior experience in industry
  • Experience marketing to with financial service and capital markets clients
