We are seeking a passionate sales leader to drive HouseCanary solution sales to enterprise-class lenders, investment banks, and investors within the real estate capital markets space.
What you'll do:
- Identify and qualify business opportunities with prospective clients
- Recommend and sell HC solutions
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing insights, support, information, and recommending service improvements
- Participate in product development lifecycle by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitive products
- Provide analytical support and value-added insights to client base
What you have:
- 10+ years of experience in capital markets or financial technology sales with a track record of growing client business
- Proven ability to lead and succeed in a dynamic, pre-IPO environment
- Expertise selling into enterprise-level organizations at the executive level
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM
- Passion for meeting customers and evangelizing solutions (up to 50% travel)
Bonus points for knowledge of:
- Experience in mortgage backed securities, whole loans, or another real estate related field
- Fantastic sense of humor
