Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst role will define our application strategy and be responsible for planning, prioritization, design, and overall support to changes within all of our enterprise systems.  

In this brand new role, you will have the opportunity to drive your own success and let your problem solving skills shine.  You should have extensive hands-on experience with enterprise software including Financial Systems (NetSuite), CRM (Salesforce), HRIS, and Customer Service ticketing systems.  You’ll have the opportunity to show your skills and share your passion for designing solutions that combine third-party and custom software to support our global operations.  


  • Immerse yourself in our enterprise application integration, workflow automation, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with business partners to fully understand the user functionality and problem areas within our applications and start to identify possible areas of improvement
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels throughout finance function to understand requests for changes in finance systems
  • Familiarize yourself with Netsuite, Adaptive, Ultipro and Salesforce


  • Recommend and help design changes to our enterprise business systems, including changes to configurations, integrations between systems, and in-house systems
  • Develop, maintain, and document all technical design aspects of the financial systems
  • Support end-users in the efficient and effective use of enterprise software applications to fulfill business objectives
  • Implement a new finance system for accounts payable, purchase orders, and expense management
  • Automate a number of currently manual processes in Netsuite
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
  • Make recommendations to stakeholders regarding implementation as appropriate


  • Be a master of your domain!
  • Prioritize tasks among many competing requests
  • Partner with cross functional leaders to drive new initiatives forward and to ensure adoption of existing business processes
  • Audit and maintain data quality, business processes, and process documentation
  • Rationalize our customer service suite


  • 5 - 7 years of experience managing enterprise applications
  • Hands on experience in enterprise financial systems, specifically NetSuite (required)
  • Deep understanding of and experience integrating systems with one another as well as rolling out new enterprise applications
  • Capability to thrive in a constantly-changing work environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of auditing and controls is a plus
  • Ability to work productively in teams with people from many disciplines
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
