The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for managing B2B communications and delivering against supplier acquisition and retention marketing goals across the Stayz, HomeAway and YBI brands within Australia.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.


- Develop, plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns and communications to acquire new and retain existing property listings on Stayz

- Develop sales support material demonstrating the overall Stayz value propositions

- Develop communication strategies to support product launches, adoption and ongoing use

- Work with global marketing and domestic cross-functional teams (including product marketing, product development and sales) to create and optimise supplier acquisition and retention programs

- Plan, manage and execute the trade event program

- Report on B2B acquisition, retention and comms performance

The right candidate is self-motivated, passionate, very detail oriented and quick to roll up their sleeves to get the job done to high standard. They are also a creative problem solver and strategic thinker.


- 5+ years experience in a similar role

- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or similar

- Strong communication skills, including copywriting

- Intermediate HTML skills

- Experience using Salesforce, Google Analytics and eDM software (e.g. ExactTarget) highly desirable

- B2B marketing experience in ecommerce or software solutions preferred
