Telesales Executive (m/f) Scandinavian Market

(Freelance Position, located in Frankfurt/Main)

 

Key responsibilities

- As a Telesales Executive you play an important role sinceyou are the point of contact for our new customers and present the services andadvantages of HomeAway to vacation rental home owners,

- You have great communication skills and you are able towin back former customers as well as support existing customers throughexcellent service,

- At all times you actively listen to customer needs andprovide a high class service.

 

Profile

- You have at least 2 years telesales experience (b2c) andyou are able to close deals

- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsincluding fluent written and spoken English and Swedish, Danish or Norwegian

- Strong interpersonal skills (highly motivated,self-starter, pro-active, willing to learn)

- Customer and service focused, able to understand customerneeds and concerns
