Stayz is looking for a talented and passionate Technical Program Manager to join the Global Experience Team. In this role you’ll work directly with business owners and talented teams of developers to ensure successful delivery of projects for the world’s largest holiday rental business. You will have the opportunity to work in the entire technology stack of HomeAway and all major lines of business and play a major role as we expand into new markets and businesses.



Responsibilities:

Take ownership in driving product and new feature development through every stage of the SDLC.

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across a global business.

Balance business and technical objectives and manifest these as clear priorities for the team.

Turn high-level project objectives into a comprehensive set of stories.

Understand and actively advance best practices.

Actively contribute to our team's culture of having fun together, embracing change, and delivering.


Requirements:

Ability to ramp up quickly on any type of new technology.

Proven track record in handling multiple, complex projects/releases.

Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritise and work independently as well as in a team environment.

Experience with large scale, complex, multi-tier, web applications.
