Sales Coordinator

Role Purpose:
The Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for operational and administrative duties which enable the sales team to optimise performance.

- Systems and Process coordination activities
- Check, qualify and allocate new prospects to each team member using the specified system
- Manage the compilation of monthly invoices for the sales team across all regions and prepare for authorization
- Ensure delivery of invoices to Finance in a timely manner and co-ordinate any follow up questions
- Coordinate regional weekly team meetings for 25+ people monitoring attendance and recording meeting minutes and actions
- Format internal and external presentations using MS Powerpoint and share relevant content with the regional sales team
- Assist account managers from time to time by contacting property owners by telephone to update listing availability and modify calendars accordingly
- Compare and update listing pricing
- Review and modify the content of property listings from time to time
- Gather new information from property owners when necessary
- Create new listing shells on the site
- Assist with ad-hoc projects
- Other duties as may be reasonably required

Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in English is essential
- Experience in a sales environment would be beneficial
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency
- Positive and professional image
- Excellent communication skills, telephone manner, and outgoing personality
- Highly organised in order to lead projects and coordinate tasks
- Some experience in Excel
- High energy and highly motivated
- Interest in internet, technology and e-commerce industry
- Good standard of computer literacy and keyboarding skills
- Experience with business support software applications such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Preferred tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Travel & Tourism at bachelor level or equivalent
- Currently a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
