Partner Success Manager - Nordic market
Do you like working with people? We are looking for a Partner Success Manager for the Nordic market to optimize client performance.

The site makes it easy to find and book the perfect vacation rental for any getaway, often for less than the cost of traditional hotel accommodations. The Partner Success Manager’s primary responsibility is that HomeAway’s owner inventory is competitive, attractive and relevant. You will continuously work with Vacation Rental Owners to help them improve the marketing and distribution potential of their participation in the HomeAway marketplace.
-You will establish performance goals in conjunction with owners and develop action plans
-Optimize content, rate and availability competitiveness on the HomeAway sites to improve booking conversion
-You will execute effectively based on KPI metrics set by leadership and exceed specific targets with owners
-Educate owners on the self-service features available on HomeAway
-You develop and sustain strong owner relationships by providing relevant data insight and direction
-You secure additional inventory over high demand and compression periods to satisfy traveler demand
-You support owner retention efforts through smooth onboarding of Vacation Rental Owners
-Stay on top of key demand/supply indicators, economic data, trends and competitive information within the designated strategic market and at national level.
-Promote and develop partners’ high engagement with HomeAway’s full suite of products to existing owners or prospects via inbound & outbound calls
Required Skills & Experience:
-Highly fluent in Swedish/Norwegian/Danish & English
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
-At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in a B2C environment
-Proven consultative approach and analytical skills
-Demonstrate ability to work based on a variety of metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives)
-Ability to utilize performance, market and competitor data analysis to implement meaningful action plans based on the data
-Oriented to action, agreeing on, and delivering upon, agreed actions both internally & externally
-Excellent listening skills, plus strong written and verbal interpersonal skills
-Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus
