NA Sales Admin

The Sales Support Administrator helps the sales and sales operations teams to be more productive by proactively providing operational and administrative support.  The successful candidate will have outstanding communications skills, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to accept ownership for a diverse range of duties.

Responsibilities:

-Triage a support request inbox, handling some requests and assigning others
-Make changes in our SalesForce.com system to maintain accurate account information
-Help coordinate marketing initiatives, including preparing calling lists in Excel
-Assist sales teams by monitoring voice and mail inboxes and distributing leads
-Prepare proposal documents or other sales support materials
-Create and generate reports to track sales or operational data
-Troubleshoot and resolve client or system issues where needed
-Help coordinate sales initiatives such as contests or promotions
-Conduct sales focused research which may include calling potential customers to gain additional insight into their needs
-Assist with various operations support and administration

Qualifications:

-1-2 years of customer service experience, 1-2 years of sales support experience a plus
-Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
-Ability to learn new software applications quickly
-Experience with SalesForce.com desired
-Ability to work independently and on multiple projects at one time
-Meticulous attention to detail, takes ownership, organized
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Bachelor’s degree preferred but will accept equivalent experience in field
