About the role
We are seeking a passionate, collaborative and technically minded Implementation Manager to join our Global Partner Services team. Managing a team of 5 (3 x Sydney, 1 x Japan and 1x Singapore) you will lead up to 30 client activation projects partnering with Property Managers and FRBO's (For Rent by Owners) in the APAC region.
Being a newly created position there is the potential for you to make the role your own but still be supported by an established, successful and talented team in our US Global Head Office.
As Implementations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the successful completion of activation, upgrade, and e-commerce enablement projects.
Communicating with Sales Managers to ensure the successful delivery of key projects within the Sales timelines and respective roadmaps
Ensuring projects are flowing smoothly across teams, including pilots for new integrations, products or processes.
Maintain, improve and optimize team processes; you will develop new team processes in coordination with team members and other leaders, as well as other teams, with a focus on optimizing client performance.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships both internally to ensure successful delivery to project deadlines and externally with Property Managers and FRBO's.
Partner with Product to help define specs for products related to team responsibilities and helps to test new products.
Dedicatedly assists your team with trouble shooting and handles advanced concerns, as needed.
Track and provide data on team KPIs (critical metrics) related to client happiness on, project completion, etc.
Plan and own execution of other related projects, as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
2-3 years of confirmed management experience (direct reports), including experience building and developing a team spread across multiple locations. Understand details, efficient, quality-focused, organized self-starter
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to identify complexities and retain ownership of issues through improved resolution
Ability to understand complex problems, assess and vet all available information, and provide and implement successful solutions
Experience establishing KPIs, reporting on results, and adjusting procedures to improve results
Strong leadership experience leading with a collaborative approach and growth mindset
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Fluency in Japanese (not essential)
