HR Project Management Intern

What you’ll do:

The Talent Experience and People Operations team focus on designing and implementing programs, data analytics to power people decisions for the organization, and operational excellence through program management. In this role, you will work with our HR program management team across a variety of HR disciplines to implement programs and products to our employees. You will help define project requirements, identify stakeholders, design schedules and act as a project coordinator to specific initiatives for the HR organization. This is an opportunity to see multiple facets of the HR department, in addition to learning change and project management best practices in a global, diverse employee population.


Who you are:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in human resources, organizational psychology or a related field
  • Ability to collaborate with HR professionals in a global organization
  • Organized problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter and high degree of initiative
  • Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and process
  • Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
