Graphic Designer

We are for a creative and engaged Graphic Designer to work internally at the Sydney office. This person will work side by side with all parts of our Marketing Team to Visually deliver creative for many different channels from EDM, to our website, through to social activation and everything in between. They will work hand in hand with a copywriter to deliver the full creative package.


  • Building digital creative assets that demonstrate a deep appreciation for our brand and adhere to the standards of our team.

  • Engaging with Marketing team to understand strategy behind digital marketing and the various platforms.

  • Building digital assets for marketing campaigns that align with the look and feel of those campaigns across other touch points.

  • Partnering with Social Media experts and strategists to plan and design platform-specific creative content.


  • 2-4 years of experience working on digital marketing design projects, either in an agency environment or in-house with a global lifestyle brand

  • Proficiency across digital platforms. Understanding of constraints, specs, and deliverables for social media platforms, online e-marketing outlets, and mobile advertising

  • Attention to detail that manifests in pixel-perfect design across every project.

  • Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with marketing professionals.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects (There will be team members competing for your time)

  • Experience in UI design of software, mobile apps is a bonus.

  • Experience working with performance/direct response online marketing is a bonus.

  • Candidates must be based in Sydney
