Our Global Sales Operations Manager will lead and manage a team of analysts that specialize in sales tools & technology.  You will be responsible for the team delivering tools and technology changes and enhancements requested by our Sales stakeholders while partnering directly with the IS teams for execution.  Having both a technical and analytical background is critical in this position in order to answer stakeholder questions, gather requirements, and coach your team to success.    You will also work closely with the senior sales & sales ops management team on project planning, 120 pitches, and implementation schedules. 


·       Drive enhancements to sales tools through meetings with sales leadership to understand business challenges, user needs, and quantifying benefits to the organization

·       Develop business cases and 120 pitches for Sales technology initiatives

·       Design ways to measure key results for each initiative

·       Partner with sales leaders to accurately define &  prioritize the backlog across each sales pod to ensure we deliver the highest valued enhancements at the right time

·       Drive the team to quickly & efficiently resolve day to day issues and tasks requested by the Sales team

·       Analyze ad-hoc requests to determine strategies & solutions to mitigate, deflect, and prevent these types of requests

·       Work with the team to develop solid testing plans for all system rollouts &changes to provide optimal stakeholder experience with new features

·       Drive adoption & measurement of tool enhancements

·       Define best practices for sales tools & technology processes

·       Research industry standard best practices and proactively suggest innovative ideas to improve the sales process to drive revenue

·       Provide the team with guidance and leadership towards individual and team goals

·       Ensure the team is documenting requirements, decisions, and solutions

·       Ensure the team works collaboratively with the larger sales ops team including reporting, process & training teams to deliver a full product for sales

Our ideal candidate, at a minimum will have

  • 5+ years in an analyst role (business, sales, data, systems)
  • Experience with SalesForce.com sales objects such as: accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, reports, forecasting, and activities
  • Strong understanding of CRM capabilities regarding configuration and custom development
  • Experience working with IS departments to implement projects through the agile and scrum framework
  • Experience leading a cross functional project
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Experience driving change through uncertainty. Projects and assignments will change rapidly, so the manager must be flexible enough to accommodate changing priorities and timelines
  • Experience working with leadership teams to drive change
