You will directly participate in HomeAway’s success and enable Richard’s team to continue celebrating through Pool/Table Tennis nights with drinks. But more importantly, you will deliver new business growth and maintain existing account renewals for agencies, associations and vacation rental businesses while developing yourself as a sale’s professional.

What will you do?
Working within one of the fastest growing areas of HomeAway you will have the opportunity to partner with PM accounts across a variety of different business model with a view to helping grow their online vacation rental businesses.
As a B2B Account Management Executive, you will handle around 50 calls a day (inbound and/or outbound) from a list of qualified leads, existing customers or prospects.
Yes! Thanks to our friends in Marketing, theses leads have already gone through a first qualifying process on our website. Making your job easier and enabling to focus on the essentials: identifying the prospects’ needs, expectations and priorities to drive them towards the right product and sales channel.
You will be responsible for qualifying and closing new deals and for strengthening existing customer portfolio by building strong relationships and proposing additional products from the HomeAway® network.
Our products benefit from a strong customer satisfaction with a renewal rate higher than 80%. You will work relatively autonomously, supervised by a team leader bringing his help and expertise.
Who are you?
Passionate about online business, e-commerce and business development, you wish to develop yourself within a company that still keeps its attention focused towards its people.
You are a person with professional telephone manners and excellent communication. Resilient and with excellent problem solving and negotiating skills you have a strong focus towards customers and always want to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Results-oriented in terms of targets and customer performance, you have a proven successful experience in telesales, sales, account management and/or business development.

As a B2B Account Management Executive we would offer you a salary ranging from around 35,000 to 42,000 OTE. We would love to discuss this over the phone in more details.
