Sales Analyst

The Sales Analyst is responsible for reporting, analysis, and systems support activities that contribute to the success of our sales teams. The person in this role is responsible for reporting and analysis of sales productivity and performance while suggesting improvements to sales programs and tools.  This role reports to the Sales Manager in Brazil.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Ensure and manage data integrity in SalesForce.com through work with Sales Tools Enablement team
  • Work with technical teams to ensure accurate, required data is available within reporting tools
  • Contribute to the development and reporting of KPIs and revenue measures related to the performance of sales teams
  • Develop sales and productivity reports and dashboards both within SalesForce.com and in additional analytical programs
  • Support the sales compensation process as needed
  • Support monthly/quarterly sales target setting as needed
  • Support sales campaign definition and modeling
  • Synthesize data to facilitate the business teams’ understanding and influence decision making 

ProjectManagement and Execution 

Support Users

  • Provide 1st level support for Salesforce.com and other tools used by sales reps utilizing internal processes
  • Identify sales process productivity weakness related to systems issues and develop/submit enhancement ideas
  • Drive adoption and awareness of system/tools functions and usage by end users
  • Act as liaison between the sales stakeholders and systems development, product development, marketing, and training organizations where necessary
  • Develop and advocate local projects to be executed on roadmap and ensure their successful completion 

Systems Implementation

  • Facilitate the execution of projects within the local sales teams related to tools, reporting, and processes
  • Constantly evaluate current processes and tools, making recommendations for improvements where needed
  • Responsibility for business analyst duties including requirements gathering, data analysis, acceptance testing, and systems assurance

 Essential Skills

      4+years in sales and/or marketing organization supported by a CRM system,preferably SalesForce.com

      Prior experience working for a CRM-based sales organization

      Knowledge/experience of Microsoft Access, SQL and Tableau is a plus

      Solid quantitative analysis skills (must be very comfortable working with Excel)

      Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational,analytical and multi-tasking skills

      Self-starter,sees what needs to be done and takes initiative

      Able to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and raising them to management or appropriate party, maintains ownership, offers potential solutions

      Must be comfortable with uncertainty. Projects and assignments will change rapidly,so the analyst must be flexible and able to accommodate changing priorities and timelines

      Must be able to quickly and correctly identify opportunities and be able to communicate recommendations for action to senior managers

      Bachelor’s degree or higher required

      English:advanced oral, reading and written knowledge
