Client Support Specialist

  • Provide direct phone and email support to FELIX clients
  • Research, follow-up, and resolve client issues in a timely manner
  • Update and maintain a running log of all outstanding client issues
  • Assist with account setup, billing, upgrades, and changes
  • Contribute to improving overall client services experience
  • Share feedback and ideas with upper management
  • Assist customers in understanding why our product suits their advertising needs
  • Maintain high levels of retention
  • Provide marketing feedback to assist in industry growth

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced atmosphere with multiple and changing priorities and responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills
  • Patience to work through complex issues
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • MS Office skills, including: Outlook, Word, and Excel; a strong familiarity with email and internet

In addition, you must be able to :
  • Hear and talk on a phone head/hand set for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
