Associate Product Manager - mHelpDesk

mHelpDesk is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help design and build best-in-class workflow management and automation software. This position requires a combination of strong business acumen, customer focus (ideally for both B2B and B2C audiences) and technical chops.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to understand how software and professional services add value to business owners and managers, experience managing and building products for both technical and non-technical B2B audiences, and success in translating customer needs into clear requirements. Experience with B2B and B2C product management highly desired.


  • Understand how mHelpDesk's products deliver value to our customers and our company while identifying ways our products could be improved to add further value
  • Own the product strategy for assigned portfolio that maximizes customer and staff satisfaction, potential revenue, and achieves corporate objectives
  • Communicate product roadmap and release schedules to all relevant parties
  • Work collaboratively with UX and UI leads to write detailed and accurate product requirements and user stories
  • Partner with engineering to assess current functionality, groom requirements, and approve deliverables
  • Research and track complementary products, competitors and best-in-class product techniques to improve our product approaches and designs


  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years experience working with SaaS B2B products, preferably in a product role
  • Experience developing requirements for B2B and/or SMB customers
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRMs
  • Superior technical writing and analytical skills with a strong sense of urgency and ownership in your work
  • Detailed product AND project tracking with track record of meeting deliverables
  • Experience with project management software and tools (JIRA); cost, task, and scheduling
  • Highly organized, motivated, and disciplined
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
