How You'll Make an Impact

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and ensuring timely, accurate responses.
• Coordinate and process customer orders, including new and change orders, using internal systems.
• Anticipate customer needs through active listening and strong analytical skills.
• Interpret technical requirements from customer specifications into actionable processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams.
• Manage backlog to ensure timely drawing submittals, returns, and product releases.
• Drive resolution of customer complaints through established processes.
• Participate in customer visits and training sessions (travel < 10%).

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in customer support, project coordination, or technical sales.
• Understanding of electrical power equipment and system design principles.
• Familiarity with estimating, costing, and business processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in multiple computer systems and applications.
