Within the Sustainability Function, the Sustainability Integration Coordinator coordinates the implementation of the sustainability strategy-with a strong focus on the social dimension-ensuring that global operations and the value chain uphold and exceed international standards, emerging regulations, and corporate commitments.

We are seeking a passionate and strategic candidate to lead transformative projects that advance our global social contributions, embedding sustainability into the very fabric of our business and ensuring our operations reflect the values of equity, inclusion, and environmental stewardship.

The role performs an essential integration and harmonization function, capturing initiatives, specialized programs, and projects that fall under the global ESG agenda, while also leading high-impact projects that drive social innovation and shared value across our operations.

How you will make an impact

  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the ESG strategy, with a strong focus on social sustainability, ensuring alignment across global operations, functions, and the value chain.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability integration, track performance, and prepare strategic reports and recommendations to exceed standards, regulations, and leading practices.
  • Analyze complex systems and business relationships, apply critical thinking to large datasets, and identify opportunities for synergy, harmonization, and strategic alignment with the sustainability agenda.
  • Lead and manage global social impact initiatives that deliver tangible value to communities, including the design and deployment of advanced monitoring, reporting, and verification systems.
  • Integrate socio-environmental due diligence into global operations, aligning with international frameworks, emerging regulations, and evolving business needs.
  • Shape the corporate sustainability competency framework through research, stakeholder engagement, training, and upskilling-empowering teams to embed sustainability into everyday decision-making.
  • Drive cultural and operational transformation, proactively engaging and motivating stakeholders, fostering innovation, and ensuring strong alignment with the company's long-term sustainability objectives and the principles of a just energy transition.

Your background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability, Social Science, Environmental science, Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental engineering, project management, or social impact roles, preferably within the manufacturing, energy, or other complex global industries.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, regulations, and disclosure standards, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable strategies across operations.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively, exercising sound judgment, adaptability, creativity, and cultural sensitivity in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams around sustainability goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess, synthesize, and leverage data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken, as the role requires frequent communication with international stakeholders and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
