The opportunity

Over 60 years ago, Hitachi Energy revolutionized long-distance electricity transmission with HVDC technology. Today, we deliver up to 12 GW at 1100 kV across 3,000 km, enabling renewable integration on a global scale.
We're looking for passionate innovators to join our Hitachi Energy Technology Center in Krakow and work on the brain of HVDC stations: Modular Advanced Control for HVDC (MACH™).
What's in it for you?
• Contribute to product that operates 24/7 for over 30 years, ensuring reliable power worldwide.
• Work on cutting-edge tech: power electronics control, high-speed digital boards, and I/O systems.
• Collaborate with an international team to design end-to-end hardware solutions integrating FPGA and embedded software.
You will join the Valve Electronics team led by Yuriy Puchkov, applying your knowledge and skills in technology and product development.
Why you'll love working with us
• We support competence development, knowledge sharing, work-life balance, and diversity.
