The Opportunity

How You'll Make an Impact
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, from order intake to shipment and warranty
- Maintain accurate order records and track key deadlines
- Partner with engineering to deliver complete, high-quality documentation
- Process change orders and coordinate updates across teams
- Resolve shipping holds and support revenue goals
- Handle returns, concessions, milestone billing, and overdue invoices
- Drive process improvements using lean methodologies
- Communicate shipping schedules and proactively manage delays
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of general accounting principles
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Onsite availability at one of our facilities
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
