As a General Accounting Business Partner, you will be an enabler of change and facilitate a resilient network also connection business with the Finance CSS Centers in area of General Accounting. By active stakeholder management, you will provide a true business partner experience and value and help to find solutions and connect the right people. You will support the business to understand Accounting and it's impact and challenge business through asking profound questions.

Your responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a consultant and liaison between internal stakeholders and Finance CSS Centers, anticipating and addressing issues proactively
• Bridge Function: Act as a contact and escalation point, managing relationships and facilitating work meetings to build business knowledge within Finance
• Financial Analysis: Ensure local financial processes comply with group policies, lead balance sheet analysis, and support the preparation of statutory financial statements
• Internal Controls: Collaborate with Finance CSS Centers to design and execute effective internal controls
• Change Enablement: Lead and drive changes in financial applications, providing expertise for group projects and acting as a subject matter expert for country-specific processes
• Training: Develop and maintain training materials and templates, and educate local users on main financial topics

• Communication & Change Management: Possess advanced communication skills and a deep understanding of change management principles
• Detail-Oriented & Proactive: High level of accuracy and a proactive, hands-on approach to tasks
• Educational Background: A university degree in Finance and Accounting or a related field
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in General Accounting and Reporting
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Local GAAP, IFRS, and proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with German being a significant advantage
