Factory/ Plant Controller - FPC - CP&O

The opportunity:

Providing Financial Planning and Controlling expertise to the organization by compiling, analyzing metrics, finding trends, tackling challenges, communicating information to relevant stakeholders and recommending actions to improve financial performance.

How you'll make an impact:

• Analyze Order Backlog, Gross Margin (GM%), and key financial drivers.
• Benchmark KPIs against internal and external peers.
• Partner with Controllers and Project Managers to identify trends and propose value-added insights.
• Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and impact assessment for business units.
• Perform inventory reconciliation, provisions review, and back-charge management.
• Support month-end closing, ensuring accurate Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Validate invoice coding and ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
• Compare MIS data with benchmarks and provide analytical commentary.
• Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Perform reconciliations, review exceptions, and ensure data accuracy.
• Support ad-hoc analysis, management reporting, and presentations.
• Participate in process improvement projects and implement LEAN practices.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with MBA/CMA/ CA.
• Must have 4+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis, with manufacturing experience background preferable.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with independent problem-solving capability.
• Effective communication & presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO including CO-PA and understanding on other modules.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
