Product Manager - Customer Reporting and Data Warehouse

We are looking for a passionate product professional to inspire, develop and help execute on our market-changing vision. We believe that discovering, prioritizing, and solving customer's problems are paramount to our future and that the product strategy role is critical to company success.

Requirements

About You:

You have 2-3 years minimum experience in Product Management that is combined with expertise in reporting and data warehouse systems and solutions.

The Job:

We hire the best employees and then give them the autonomy and tools to create great solutions for our customer's challenging problems.

What You'll Be Doing:

Together with a Product Designer you will be identifying, investigating, and validating customer problems through customer discovery. Prioritization is key once the problems are fully understood, and will be driven from target KPIs for the team to measure against. From there, as a team you will be responsible for crafting, designing, and testing solutions.

You will create amazing solutions to our customers problems for discovering, hiring, and developing the best talent, faster.

Benefits

The People:

HireVue is in Salt Lake City, Utah and if you're not already here we will relocate you. Did I mention our team is amazing? I know your current team is probably great too but you haven't met ours yet. When you do, take some time and say goodbye to your "co-workers" but invite your "friends" to come on over for a visit.

We have boys, we have girls, we have Mountain Bikers, Road Bikers, Skiers / Boarders (dawn patrol & resort), Runners, Video Game heroes, Pinball ballers, Movie Buffs, Musicians, and every other variety of people. We have Family people, Single people, Happy people. You will find a friend here and like we said bring your friends too.

Our Hiring Process:

  • You find or get sent this job ad.
  • You read the ad.
  • It piques your interest and/or makes you want to disprove our claims.
  • You tell us you are interested (apply, email, shout, call).
  • We send you a link to use our awesome software and tell us more about yourself.
  • You come meet the team and verify all the truths (and more) written here.
  • You tell everyone how amazing your life has become.
  • Your friends come on over and you earn a sweet referral bonus – for each one!

On Making a Change:

Don't worry about it. They will find someone else and you will be off singing a happy tune.

Every product person says "They are happy" – of course you are, but you'll be happier here. And all your old "co-workers" will be jealous putting in their 60+ hours a week while you are creating solutions, playing and doing the things you love with your flexible time off! Remember to invite your "friends".

Advice:

Don't ignore this opportunity. Again, of course you are happy. But shouldn't you always be happier? Come in and check it out. Worst-case scenario – You find out all the things we say are true (which you will) and you are a perfect fit and then you don't take our offer. Don't be scared of change. Don't worry about your current employer, sometimes you have to move on and we encourage it too. We have amazing alumni at Linkedin, Google and more. By the way – they still love HireVue!

One more thing:

Don't update your resume! Don't study up on Pragmatic Marketing or Directed Discovery! Don't go press your pants or buy a suit!

OK – Last Thing:

If you are still scared or uncertain or so happy you'd never consider us then we are inviting you to come by anytime for a tour of our office without any commitment.

P.S. – Share this! Don't be afraid of friends or co-workers stealing your job. Be their friend and both of you come to HireVue. If you are amazing and smart we will find a place for you.
