We're looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join our Client Success team to support the client lifecycle, including collaboration on key B2C marketing projects that will facilitate our ability to meet growth objectives. The ideal candidate possesses experiences with B2C marketing campaigns including but not limited to executing email, direct mail, and SMS campaigns; social media knowledge; and data analytics. Though we're most interested in someone who is preternaturally curious, ambitious, and excited to be a contributor on a growing team. As a key member of the Client Success team, you will play an integral role in supporting our clients and overall 3x growth through B2C marketing strategy, execution, and driving client success.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

    • Client success: Support the client lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, including (but not limited to) implementation, reporting, hosting webinars, developing meeting materials, drafting emails, and leading client meetings/calls.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: Build relationships with internal teams (e.g. Operations, Participant Support, Product, Data, and Clinical) to troubleshoot issues and to support the delivery of client promise.
    • B2C marketing: Partner with Growth and Enrollment Marketing to execute and monitor B2C marketing campaigns.

    • Project management: Able to successfully manage and execute on a variety of projects, including assisting with projects belonging to other team members and teams.
    • Analytical (Data-driven): Able to analyze various enrollment and utilization reports to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to clients and the team
    • Self-starter: Can work independently with little oversight, able to execute tasks and projects in an environment with competing demands.
    • B2C Marketing: Experience with (but not limited to) executing email, direct mail, and paid marketing campaigns.

    • Self-starter: Can work independently with little oversight, able to execute tasks and projects in an environment with competing demands.
    • Presentation skills: Able to craft a compelling story and effectively deliver to a wide range of external stakeholders
    • Data integrity: Consistently keep relevant dashboards and client documents up-to-date and accurate.
    • MSFT Excel skills: Comfortable running basic Excel formulas (VLookup, INDEX MATCH, Pivot tables, etc) with large datasets
